Today was epic! i went to a beach known as "Brandons Beach" so my sort-of-cousin, Brandon could get some surfing done. I was going to try as well but the large waves were much to intimidating. So instead, I stayed near the beach with Brandon's father, Andrew and enjoyed all the creatures hiding beneath the rocks in the tide pools. i found so many interesting little animals!! Each one just as fascinating as the last! I found many Sea spiders which to me, resemble Sea Stars but they are 10X faster and in various colors; black, black and white, green, grey, blue, pink. i found one extraordinary animal the locals call Sea Cows. She was green and black and i picked her up out of the water and to my surprise, she inked purple ink all over me! She had fins on her back to hide her little baby tucked away, comfy-cozy.. so cute! I even found an adolescent Eel which was a little frightening. Quite the day :)
